Hi, I’m EK Little, Director of Applications Engineering and Business Development for SCHOTT Research and Development Ventures Group in North America. Since joining SCHOTT in 2012, I’ve worked across several business units including Electronic Packaging and Advanced Optics. My expertise is in glass-to-metal seals for oil and gas down-hole connectors and infrared materials for defense and industrial applications, as well as fiber optics, metals, ceramics, glass, and raw materials management. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, which remains one of my favorite campuses. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, staying in touch with friends from around the globe, and playing with my grandchildren.
